COMBI PLATE (Used with Split Set Bolt)
As the most popular combination support plate, combi plate used widely in mining, slope, tunnel applications. Used together with split set bolt, it can offer a stable and safety support to the rock surface and help to fix and hang other things which may be necessary in the ground support application
Based on different strata conditions, different type of combi plate can be offered, typically it has a dome plate of 150x150x4mm and a strata plate with 300x280x1.5mm which pressed or welded together.

The standard packing of Combi Plate is 300 pieces per pallet. Different size of package can be available according to the requirements from different customers. Basically, we offer with wooden pallet and covered by shrink films

COMBI PLATE FEATURES
● Incorporate a plate washer attached to a standard strata plate to give a superior product with enhanced performance.
● Designed with a profile that gives greater strength by strategically pressing the vees, placing the perimeter of plate in tension
● Has “user friendly” rounded corners
● Allows faster installation by eliminating the handling of two separate components
● Can be facilitate flat and domed plates (up to 150mm square) to increase rock surface coverage area
● Can be utilised with lighter domed or flat plates to provide an economic advantage over heavier
● Is suitable for direct placement onto the rock surface or used against welded mesh
● Are supplied with a slot for suspension of light services and some domed plates include a services support lug

1. What is Combi Plate and how does it make ?
Combi Plate is a kind of combination updating plate using together with Split Set bolt to make a better performance in ground support application, which is widely used in mining, tunnel and slope projects etc. It is made by two parts, one dome plate attached on a strata plate, pressing or welding together
2. How to use and assemble ?
Combi plate will drive onto the rock and mesh surface together with Split Set Bolt after the hole on the rock is ready, as split set bolt drived in, it is drived tightly onto the rock surface and create an opposite force to the bolt and offer a stable and safety ground support system
