FLAT PLATE FEATURES
Flat Plate is for genernal use as bearing plate or washers in ground support application.
Quantity and location of the holes on flat plate can be made as the requirements of customer.
Additional plate sizes & thinkness (up to 20mm) can be manufactured to individual specifications as required（OEM service offered).
Bent Corner, grout slots & Keyholes available.
TRM can produce heavy duty flat plate with its heavy duty hydraulic presses and shears or laser cutter, the different pressing and cutting equipments can make us to fabricate customer’s plates with all the different sizes and shapes. We welcome customer’s original design plates, and meanwhile we could help customers to design and produce their own plates with all the special requirements. 1. What is Flat Plate and how does it make ?
Flat Plate, is a simple bearing plate with different size and location of holes used together with bolts to give a rock support in ground support application. It is made by flat bar by pressing and fabricating
2. How to use and assemble ?
Same as other kind of bearing plate, Flat plate is also drived into the hole together with the bolts all the way to the rock surface and offer a good and safe support in the ground support application
