DUO PLATE (Used with Split Set Bolt)
Duo Plate is one of the popular combination support plate widely in mining, slope, tunnel applications. Used together with split set bolt (Friction Bolt Stabilizer), a stable and safety support performance to the rock surface will be created, meanwhile it will help to fix and hang mesh, ventilation, lighting system etc which may be necesarry for the application project.
Different strata conditions depends on what kind of plate need to be used, we offer different types of Duo Plate to meet the various requirements, typically Duo Plate has a dome plate of 125x125x4mm and be pressed or welded on a strata plate with 300x280x1.5m.
Duo Plate need to make load test to be sure it has the designed bearing capacity, different type of Duo Plate will give the different result of load testing, and it depends on the material thickness and profile of dome plate and strata plate.
Usually, the packing of Duo Plate is 300 pieces per pallet, wooden pallet will be used to avoid the damage happened on the strata plate and covered with shrink films.

Duo Plate is a one of combination plate which used together with Split Set bolt in ground support application to offer an perfect support performance to the rocks, It is widely used in mining, tunnel and slope projects etc. Duo Plate made by two parts, one dome plate incorporated on a strata plate by pressing or welding.
2. How to use and assemble ?
Duo plate will drive together with split set bolt onto the rock and mesh surface while the rock is ready with the hole, when split set bolt drived in the hole, Duo Plate is also drived in and attached tightly onto the rock surface to make a good performance in ground support system.
