We also have several heavy hydraulic plate shears can cut metal plate up to 20mm thickness allowing us with ability to make some heavy duty steel products, like we ever supplied some heavy duty brackets which was used in Tunnel as a components of cable ladder supporter. Our CNC Bender is very efficient for forming and bending some simple structure steel fabrications, and with more ten years experience of welding, our welds quality is satisfied and approved by some famous mining companies in the world and we also have several unit of PLC-controled Auto-welders for our split set bolts (friction bolt stabilizer) which could make the welds keep stable and qualified all the time, and two sets of weld-robots can make some complex welding fabrications with consistant qualified welds. Also, our new laser cutter can help us to cut more complex components with steel material up to 10mm thickness, this make us with more ability to fabricate steel products.
