Actually, Mesh Plate usually was designed with many different shapes, sometime because the strata condition requirement and sometime was just for traditional use. TRM has different kinds of mechanical and hydraulic presses from 40 tons to 160 tons which could meet the normal requirements for most of the metal material fabrications like Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminium, Copper etc. so that make us easy to handle and produce all kinds bearing plates and washers used in Mining and Tunnel ground support applications. We also can make multi-used dies and tools to press and stamp all the metal products even with complex structures which make us to have a immediately reaction to any new types of products. We also have several heavy hydraulic plate shears can cut metal plate up to 20mm thickness allowing us with ability to make some heavy duty steel products, like we ever supplied some heavy duty brackets which was used in Tunnel as a components of cable ladder supporter. Our CNC Bender is very efficient for forming and bending some simple structure steel fabrications, and with more ten years experience of welding, our welds quality is satisfied and approved by some famous mining companies in the world and we also have several unit of PLC-controled Auto-welders for our split set bolts (friction bolt stabilizer) which could make the welds keep stable and qualified all the time, and two sets of weld-robots can make some complex welding fabrications with consistant qualified welds. Also, our new laser cutter can help us to cut more complex components with steel material up to 10mm thickness, this make us with more ability to fabricate steel products.
